What better present can we give ourselves than a healthy planet and as a kite surfer and sagittarius I'm aiming my arrows at the sea. The ocean that covers 71 % of the earth is believed to produce 50 till 80% of the oxygen on the planet.
We have all seen the images of polluted beaches and harmed animals stuck in plastic. I have many times taken oil stains from my kite when surfing in Asia.
But I don't think I need to convince you for participating. Let's Make a nice gift to the planet.
This organization raised by a young Dutch scientist, Boyan Slat are developing a system to capture plastic in the sea and rivers.
