Electronics Course

In 2007 another new course will be started at the Satu PerSatu building. The electrician course will focus on service and repair of consumer electronics like radios, televisions and computers. This course can be attended by 6 students. The duration of the Electrician course is 3 months. The students will have classes twice a week from 1 teacher. At the end of the course the student will be able to conduct small reparations, work for a service centre or start a small scale business.Since this is a new course we are highly depending on donations from outside Indonesia, for instance an oscilloscope, adjustable voltage generator and a frequency generator. These products are hard to find or very expensive to purchase. Therefore these products have not been budgeted. The total costs are estimated at € 810 per year.
