Carpentry Course

The Carpentry course is meant for participants who intend to learn how to create furniture and frames as used for windows and doors. The course is split into two stages since the education takes about one year. Besides practical courses the student is taught about tools and how to apply them professionally. During the course theory books are used as they are using at the official school (“SMK vakschool”). Also the instructors are hired from this school and assisted by instructors of our staff. A group of students may consist of a maximum of 6 students. Four shifts per year can be carried out whereby 4 courses are at basic level and 2 courses at advanced level. Due to professional instructors we hire and the materials we do use the costs are relatively high, but the results could be significant. When succeeding the course the opportunities for the students are high. The total cost for carpentry courses are € 1.121 per year.
