In this first large scale project, we (www.justiceforprosperity.org) aim to obtain reparations on behalf of Syrian refugees in Europe who suffered physical, psychological and financial losses from crimes against humanity perpetrated by the designated terrorist group Al Nusra Front (an Al Qaeda affiliate in Syria).
As part of this project, we have triggered litigation efforts in the Netherlands on behalf of the victims against individuals, entities and states funding the terrorist activities of the Al Nusra Front.
The Justice for Prosperity Foundation provides a unique opportunity for Syrian victims to start class actions without incurring inhibiting legal costs through Third-Party Litigation Funding (TPLF).
