Stichting Palestina ondersteunt sinds 1997 humanitaire doelen in de Palestijnse gebieden en vluchtelingenkampen. De laatste jaren vooral gericht op medische projecten en op de Gazastrook. Veelal tbv het Dar Essalam ziekenhuis in Khan Younis. Recente voorbeelden: Rotterdam brengt een sprankje licht (tbv zonnepanelen; en ondersteund door Wilde Ganzen); en medische noodhulp (doorlopend).
