Bluevolution: together building a global DLL brand

The journey continues... the aim of our global brand project, Bluevolution is to evolve our current business into one stronger, more unified global brand - a powerful and meaningful symbol to our clients, our prospects, our own people and all of our stakeholders.
The Bluevolution core team has made good progress over the past 3.5 months, including the engagement of our leadership team during their conference last September and more than 50 internal and external stakeholders. Three regional brand sessions were also conducted in Asia, America and Europe early December, involving over 75 members from multiple countries and business lines. Together we have identified important brand traits - including our beliefs, values and aspirations - helping us better understand the future opportunity space for DLL's corporate brand.
We are now entering the testing phase of Bluevolution by deploying an online survey in seven languages and among a wide representation of DLL clients and our multi-country member base.
Starting in February - this survey will be sent to about 2,100 customers of DLL and the resulting data will help ensure that we have the necessary insights for the core team to develop a regionally relevant and unified global brand. Finally, the end product of Bluevolution will be a carefully designed brand position that will be presented to the leadership team in April 2012.
