Through running a number of 10km marathon events I want to successfully run 100km before I'm 30 (10th September 2019)
All donations collected will be given to ledro4life to support in the fight against ALS and give many ALS patients the care and support they need.
By doing this challenge, I not only improve my personal health, but I can actively contribute in the support of ALS patients currently suffering from this terrible illness.
This year marks the 5 year anniversary of the passing of my father Kenneth McConnell, who at the young age of 56 lost the battle to ALS.
Together we can help in supporting the search for a cure, and most importantly through ledro4life, we can have a positive impact on the lives of ALS patients.
