UMCG Transplantation fund For the UMCG Transplantation Center it is very important to be able to offer all patients excellent tranplant care. In order to make this possible, innovative research in the field of donation and transplatation is of great importance. The UMCG Transplantation fund was established for this purpose. Besides investing in new and innovating research, the UMCG Transplantation fund also invests in small scale projects that aim to benefit the welbeing of transplant patients before and after their surgery.
