Nnina Olugero (Stichting)

Nnina Olugero means: 'I have a story, I have something to say'. It was founded in June 2012 with the main aim of empowering less fortunate people with relevant skills, knowledge and means to increase self-sustainability. The Nnina Olugero foundation works together with local organisations to enable a better future for the vulnerable people in Ugandan society. Prevention, self-sustainability and empowerment are keys to our work. Our main target groups are: • Commercial sex workers • School drop out • In school and out of school young people • HIV positive people • Mentally/psychically disabled people • Local leaders, teachers, police (wo)men and nurses • Street children • Single (teen) mothers • Adolescent
